MD DIET EXPANDS SERVICES WITH NEW AESTHETIC DEPARTMENT
Weight loss center now offers aesthetic laser treatments and Botox service

Salt Lake City—MD Diet, a weight loss and nutrition center, is expanding its services with the addition of an aesthetics department at its South Salt Lake location at 3655 So. State St. The company recently purchased an eMax laser workstation for the new department and had added Botox treatments to its services.“With the addition of the eMax laser system and Botox treatments, we can now help our clients feel and look better with skin rejuvenation, skin tightening, laser hair removal, even acne treatments,” said MD Diet’s master esthetician Jennifer Gray. “The eMax is a perfect fit for MD Diet. Now we can celebrate our clients’ healthy weight loss by offering aesthetic procedures that will help them feel as good on the outside as they do on the inside.”

eMax is a multi-application aesthetic laser system that treats a wide range of hair colors and all skin tones. MD Diet eMax procedures include four applications. The first is skin rejuvenation to improve the signs of sun damage and aging in the skin, such as pigmented and vascular irregularities, uneven or rough skin texture. Second is the skin tightening procedure that tones and tightens lax skin with the skin tightening application that treats all skin types for laxity, sagginess, loss of elasticity, or textural irregularities. Third is laser hair removal for anyone who wants a permanent solution to shaving, waxing, tweezing, or electrolysis. The fourth application is acne treatment in which the eMax laser selectively targets glands with acne bacteria to reduce gland activity and destroy active acne.

MD Diet has been in business for 27 years in California and 14 years in Utah. The company offers several weight loss programs including HCG (a hormone-based weight loss program), medical weight loss (which includes a nutrition class, a physical with a physician, a bioanalysis of the person’s body, coaching, weekly vitamin injections and free samples of healthy food), and
lipodissolve (a fat dissolving spot reduction system).

According to MD Diet owner Kelli Behle, MD Diet in Salt Lake has serviced more than 20,000 people since the facility opened in 1996.
