INGREDIENTS

3 1/2 oz. chicken breast                           1 cup cabbage, chopped

1/8 tsp. garlic powder                              2 Tbsp. rice vinegar

1/4 tsp. ginger powder                             1 tsp. splenda

1/8 tsp. sea salt                                           sea salt to taste

1 pinch nutmeg                                            1/8 tsp. sage

1/4 tsp. marjoram

DIRECTIONS

Mix together rice vinegar, Splenda, and salt. Pour over chopped raw cabbage, then sprinkle with sage. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat grill on medium heat. Season chicken breast on both sides with garlic, ginger, salt, nutmeg, and marjoram. Grill for 4-5 minutes each side until center is no longer pink. Place chicken on coleslaw.
