Once your payment is received, a representative from MD Diet will contact you by phone or email to schedule your initial appointment with both our Nutritionist and Nurse Practitioner.
This first appointment lasts approximately 1.5 to 2 hours and is available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Our Nurse Practitioner will evaluate the benefits and risks of any prescribed medications to ensure the best plan for your individual needs. Please note: Medications are not guaranteed and will only be prescribed if deemed appropriate by the medical provider.
