Not your everyday, boring scrambled eggs! This healthy breakfast is full of color, texture, and flavor. Start the morning off right with the added vegetables and extra egg whites.

INGREDIENTS

1 Tbsp olive oil

1/4 c. white onion, chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

4 whole eggs

2 egg whites

1/4 c. skim milk

1/3 c. red bell pepper, chopped

1/3 c. orange bell pepper, chopped

3 stalks green onion, sliced

1/4 tsp Morton light salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Dash cayenne pepper

1 tsp hot pepper sauce

DIRECTIONS

1) Heat oil in skillet on medium. Add white onions and garlic and sauteed for 2 minutes.

2) In a medium bowl, lightly beat eggs, egg whites, and milk. Add to skillet.

3) Add remaining ingredients and cook until eggs are done, stirring often. Garnish with a few green onion slices.
