Patient Online Nutrition Class

Price:

This class is for New Patients at the SLC location only.

You'll start your weight loss journey by attending a 50 minute previously recorded online nutrition class where you will learn the most important weight-loss principles.

After taking the class you will have an appointment with the nurse practitioner and nutritionist at the clinic where you will receive a personalized weight loss plan.

You'll check in with us weekly for coaching, weigh-ins & B-Vitamin injections so you can lose weight fast and efficiently and with the support you need.

The fee for the first month is $165, this covers your nutrition class, doctor's appointment, nutritional 1 on 1 and weekly vitamin injections.

After the 1st month it's $99 for every month after that. Payment is due before scheduling the nutrition class.
