As the season temperatures cool down, this will remind you of warmer summer days. This exotic smoothie is a rich source of vitamin C, vitamin E, potassium, protein, and fiber that will start your morning off right or serve as a pick-me-up replacement meal!

Strawberry-Kiwifruit Smoothie

Yield: 1 Serving


  • 1 cup soy milk light
  • 2 kiwi, peeled
  • 6 strawberries, frozen
  • 1/2 banana, peeled (frozen for a thicker smoothie)
  • 1 serving strawberry whey protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice


  1. MIX all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve in a tall glass, garnish with a kiwi or strawberry slice.
