INGREDIENTS
2 (5-ounce) cans tuna packed in olive oil
1/2 a cup of cucumbers
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 stalks celery, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
1/2 cup Spectrum mayonnaise (zero carbs)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
leaf of lettuce (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Drain the tuna, then combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
