With summer just around the corner, we can’t help but dream of beautiful and calm summer evenings. Bring on the sun-kissed shoulders, light that stretches late, and cool evenings with simply grilled dinners paired with a light salad. Like this one. It’s incredibly easy to make and tastes divine!

Ingredients
2 cooked Chicken breasts
½ pound Asparagus
½ tsp Sea salt
¼ tsp Ground pepper
3 cups Salad greens1/4 cup Blueberries
1/4 cup Favorite nuts (cashews or hazelnuts!)
1/4 cup Feta cheese
Your favorite balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Instructions
- Cook your chicken however you like. We used rotisserie chicken for our salad.
- If desired slightly grill asparagus.
- Pile everything into your bowl & drizzle your vinaigrette on top.
- Eat. How easy what that?!
