Fruit water

When you are on a diet, you want to avoid sugar. Avoiding sugar often includes cutting out sodas and some fruit juices from your life. But what do you do when you get a sweet tooth? It can feel very hard, maybe even impossible sometimes to ignore that sweet tooth feeling. That’s why we recommend fruit water. Fruit water is an amazing alternative to sodas and fruit juices. It’s low calorie, low sugar and it tastes delicious! You’ll want:

a glass jar

4 cups of water

mint leaves

various fruits to try out (best results come with using at least one citrus fruit)


Directions for fruit water
  1. Slice fruits. Place sliced fruits and mint leaves in glass jar.
  2. Pour water into glass jar and then refrigerate. refrigerate for 1-2 hours or overnight.
  3. Serve. Enjoy!
  4. Can keep it in the fridge to finish later for up to 1-2 days in a sealed mason jar.
