Ingredients

  • 4-6 Strawberries
  • 3 Ice Cubes
  • Stevia to taste
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Water

Instructions

  1. Blend ingredients together until smooth. Pour into a dish or Popsicle molds and freeze until firm.
  2. Phase 3 modifications: Add half and half or cream and whipped egg whites. Mix in chopped nuts or phase 3 chocolate crumbles
