Offer valid through Sunday, May 17, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST or while availability lasts. To qualify, appointments must be scheduled by phone on or before May 17, 2026. Appointments themselves may occur after the promotional deadline based on provider availability.
Each qualifying scheduled appointment includes one complimentary initial consultation appointment fee (valued at $175) for a guest. Complimentary appointments are valid for new MD Diet patients or former patients who have not been seen by MD Diet within the past 18 months. Current active MD Diet patients are not eligible for the complimentary appointment offer.
Current MD Diet patients may still qualify for the promotion by scheduling and paying for their next appointment before the promotional deadline. Existing scheduled appointments do not qualify retroactively. Patients may not cancel or reschedule an already scheduled appointment solely to qualify for the promotion. If a currently scheduled appointment is canceled in order to redeem the BOGO offer, MD Diet reserves the right to void the promotion. Patients who already have a future appointment scheduled may still qualify by scheduling and paying for their following appointment.
Complimentary appointments apply to initial consultation appointment fees only and do not include follow-up visits, medications, lab work, injections, supplements, memberships, or additional services. Medication pricing varies based on patient needs and dosage. MD Diet does not accept insurance for services related to this promotion.
Complimentary appointments must be redeemed within 3 months of the qualifying appointment unless otherwise approved by MD Diet. Promotions may not be combined with other offers, stacked, transferred multiple times, or resold. Complimentary appointments do not qualify for additional referral or BOGO promotions.
Both the qualifying patient and complimentary guest must be medically appropriate candidates as determined by MD Diet providers. Telehealth appointments are not eligible for this promotion.
If the qualifying appointment is canceled, refunded, rescheduled outside promotional eligibility requirements, or marked as a no-show, MD Diet reserves the right to revoke the complimentary appointment offer. Appointments are subject to provider availability. MD Diet reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time without prior notice.
