"Crepes are GREAT!" Now they can be great for your weight loss goals as well. Not all crepes have to be bad for your diet. Here is a great high protein and low carb breakfast alternative. Check out this creative crepe batter recipe.

INGREDIENTS

2 whole eggs
3 egg whites
½ packet of Protein Vanilla Pudding Mix

DIRECTIONS

1. Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl
2. Cook over medium heat, using cooking spray to coat the pan
3. Pour in the mixture in the pan and tilt the pan to make a thin even layer
4. Flip crepe to brown on both sides
5. Remove from the pan and serve

  • Zero Calorie Spray Butter
  • Swerve Confectioners Sugar
  • Fresh Berries
