Low-Carb Friendly

Do you love Trader Joe’s as much as we do? At MD Diet Weight Loss & Nutrition, we are big fans of their gourmet meals. And love that they are priced way below what pre-made meals at other specialty stores sell for. We also feel that many of their items are fairly healthy. But even though they may be healthy, they’re not always low-carb friendly. With that in mind, we’ve compiled a list of the best pre-made meals you can buy at Trader Joe’s when you’re on a low-carb diet.

2. Turkey Meatballs ($4)

For a quick weeknight meal, toss these fully-cooked turkey meatballs into a bowl of whole-grain pasta or zucchini noodles. This puppy only has 100 Calories, 5 Carbs, 12g Protein & 5g Fat per serving.
