Ingredients
2 1/4 Cups Shredded, Unsweetened Coconut
1 Cup Almond Flour
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Vanilla
3/4 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
Dark Chocolate for dipping
Instructions
1. Put all ingredients (except chocolate) in a bowl and mix well with your hands
2. Form dough into round dollops
3. Set in fridge to firm up
4. Melt chocolate in a double boiler with a tablespoon of coconut oil
5. Dip macaroons in the melted dark chocolate
